1. Agreement and Eligibility
This Affiliate Partner Agreement governs participation in the JMeC Affiliate Partner Program. By submitting an application and affirmatively accepting this Agreement, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, have authority to enter this Agreement, and will comply with applicable law and JMeC program rules. Application does not guarantee approval. JMeC may approve, reject, suspend, reinstate, or close an affiliate relationship consistent with this Agreement.
2. Independent Affiliate Relationship
Affiliates are independent participants and are not employees, agents, franchisees, joint venturers, or legal representatives of JMeC. An affiliate may not bind JMeC, make warranties for JMeC, negotiate service terms on JMeC's behalf, or represent that JMeC directly performs services that are performed by independent providers.
3. Commission Structure
| Referral | First qualifying job | Later qualifying activity |
|---|---|---|
| New customer | $20 after the first qualifying completed-and-paid job | 2% of the customer's total ticket on additional qualifying paid jobs for 90 days |
| New provider | $20 after the first qualifying completed job | 2% of the provider's net payout on additional settled jobs for 90 days |
The first qualifying job earns the $20 acquisition commission only and does not also earn the 2% recurring commission. The applicable 90-day recurring-commission period begins after the first qualifying job described above. Rates recorded for earned commission events will not be silently rewritten retroactively.
4. Qualification, Settlement, and Review
Clicks, applications, leads, registrations, quotes, or incomplete jobs alone do not earn commissions. Only completed jobs that satisfy JMeC's applicable qualification, payment, and settlement rules can generate commission. Cancelled jobs, unpaid jobs, and jobs later refunded do not qualify. Commissions may be held for a reasonable review period before becoming payable to allow settlement, fraud, refund, chargeback, and eligibility review.
If a previously credited transaction is reversed or refunded, JMeC may create an auditable reversal or adjustment against the related commission. JMeC will not silently delete a legitimate ledger event.
5. Attribution and 90-Day Click Window
Approved affiliates receive a unique public affiliate code or tracking link. A valid affiliate click may be considered for attribution for up to 90 days from the click. A click itself does not create ownership of a customer or provider. Attribution is determined when the referred party converts under JMeC's rules.
JMeC uses a first-valid-attribution-wins model across applicable referral programs. A valid prior attribution may prevent a later affiliate claim. Affiliate codes are public attribution identifiers only and are never authentication credentials. Existing JMeC customers or providers do not qualify as new affiliate referrals.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Affiliates may not engage in self-referrals, false identities, duplicate claims, fabricated jobs, fraud, misleading advertising, spam, unlawful communications, trademark impersonation, unauthorized paid-search bidding on JMeC marks, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden redirects, incentive manipulation, or any attempt to interfere with attribution or qualification. There is no MLM or downline commission. Affiliates earn only from qualifying parties directly attributed to them under JMeC rules.
7. Marketing and Brand Use
Affiliates must describe JMeC and the program accurately and may use only approved or truthful JMeC branding and claims. Affiliates may not promise guaranteed provider availability, guaranteed earnings, guaranteed repair outcomes, guaranteed customer savings, or commission eligibility before qualification. Affiliates are responsible for required advertising, endorsement, sponsorship, and affiliate disclosures in the channels they use.
8. Payouts, Identity, Taxes, and Records
JMeC may require payout identity verification and may use Stripe or another approved payment processor for affiliate payouts. One payee may be associated with one canonical payout identity. The affiliate is responsible for providing accurate payout and tax information and for taxes applicable to affiliate earnings. JMeC may request documentation reasonably required for tax reporting, fraud prevention, or payment compliance.
JMeC's commission ledger is the authoritative record of commission events, adjustments, amounts owed, and amounts recorded as paid. A dashboard counter is informational and may be rebuilt from the ledger.
9. Suspension and Termination
JMeC may suspend future attribution or terminate participation for fraud, abuse, misleading promotion, policy violations, noncompliance, payment risk, or conduct that harms customers, providers, JMeC, or the program. Suspension stops future attribution unless JMeC expressly reinstates the affiliate. Suspension does not automatically erase legitimate commissions already earned before suspension, although disputed or fraudulent events remain subject to review and adjustment.
10. Privacy, Tracking, and Data
Affiliate tracking may use an affiliate code, click identifier, session identifier, timestamps, UTM campaign values, and referring host to support attribution and program analytics. JMeC does not require affiliates to collect customer or provider passwords or payment-card information. Affiliates must not obtain or misuse JMeC customer/provider personal information outside authorized workflows. Data practices are further described in the JMeC Privacy Policy.
11. Program Changes
JMeC may change prospective program rates, qualification rules, tracking methods, payout procedures, or program availability by updating program terms or providing notice where appropriate. Changes do not retroactively reduce commissions already earned and recorded under an applicable prior rate. Material changes may require acceptance of a new Agreement version before continued participation.
12. General Terms
This Agreement supplements the JMeC Terms of Service. If a provision of this Affiliate Agreement conflicts with a general platform term on an affiliate-program issue, this Affiliate Agreement controls for that issue. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
