The system stores the customer request with service type, location details, and status tracking.
Provider is matched
Eligible providers are matched by ZIP, service category, role, status, and availability.
Job gets accepted
The provider accepts the job and the assignment flow keeps the request organized.

A universal JMeC login is being prepared for customers and providers. Customers will be able to track requests, and providers will be able to manage profiles, availability, service areas, jobs, and account details.
