Terms of Service.

These Terms govern use of JMeC Connect across our website, mobile applications, customer and provider portals, dispatch and payment workflows, referral and affiliate programs, communications, and optional membership services.

Effective Date: September 4, 2026 · Version: TOS-2026-09-04

JMeC Connect is operated by JMEC CONNECT LLC, which is owned by Nyamors Enterprises LLC. These Terms apply to JMeC Connect websites, applications, portals, communications, payment and payout tools, dispatch systems, referral and affiliate programs, and related platform services.

1Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using JMeC Connect, submitting a service request, creating or using an account or portal, accepting a job, submitting or approving a quote, making or receiving a platform payment, participating in a JMeC program, or otherwise using a JMeC service, you agree to these Terms to the extent applicable to that activity.

Certain programs, products, or transactions may have additional terms, disclosures, agreements, or acknowledgements. Those additional terms supplement these Terms for the applicable feature. Examples include provider agreements, the Affiliate Partner Agreement, direct-pay disclosures, membership plan terms, and payment disclosures.

2JMeC Connect's Platform Role

JMeC Connect is an automotive service marketplace, coordination, connection, dispatch, communication, and payment-support platform. JMeC helps customers locate and connect with independent mobile mechanics, repair shops, tow providers, roadside providers, skilled repair helpers, and other automotive service partners.

Unless JMeC expressly agrees otherwise in writing for a particular service, JMeC does not itself perform the underlying vehicle repair, towing, diagnostic, roadside, or shop work. The provider performing the service is responsible for the actual automotive work and its workmanship.

3Eligibility, Accounts, and Access

Users must provide accurate information and must be legally able to enter into the transactions they initiate. JMeC may use customer, provider, affiliate, job, payment, payout, and other internal identifiers to maintain account continuity and platform records.

Portal links, magic links, verification codes, sessions, tokens, payout links, and similar access methods are intended for the authorized recipient. Users must not knowingly share protected access credentials or use another person's account without authorization.

JMeC may require identity, contact, payment, provider, compliance, or other verification before allowing access to certain jobs, payments, payouts, programs, or account features.

4Customer Requests and Service Information

Customers may submit service requests through approved JMeC websites, applications, portals, forms, communications, or support workflows. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, location, vehicle, issue, urgency, scheduling, and service information.

Submission of a request does not guarantee provider availability, acceptance, arrival time, price, diagnosis, repairability, parts availability, or completion. Automotive conditions may require inspection or diagnosis before the final scope or price is known.

5Coverage, Matching, Dispatch, and Job Lifecycle

JMeC may use ZIP code, location, distance, service type, urgency, provider eligibility, service capability, availability, workload, prior assignment history, account status, and other operational factors to determine coverage, matching, and dispatch.

A job may move through statuses such as contacting customer, customer contacted, scheduled, en route, arrived, in progress, completed, cancelled, disputed, or other platform-defined states. JMeC may require specific status events, timestamps, documentation, customer confirmation, or payment conditions before later workflow steps, provider payout eligibility, or data release occurs.

Provider/customer direct contact information and precise service-location information may remain restricted until applicable assignment, payment, connection, or release conditions are satisfied.

6Independent Providers and Eligibility

Mechanics, garages, tow providers, roadside providers, helpers, and other service providers using JMeC are independent businesses or contractors and are not JMeC employees, agents, joint venturers, or legal representatives unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Providers are responsible for their work, workmanship, safety, tools, transportation, taxes, licenses, insurance, qualifications, pricing submissions, customer interactions, and compliance with applicable laws and JMeC requirements.

JMeC may condition job eligibility on provider approval, service match, geographic coverage, insurance, licensing, tax documentation, agreements, background/compliance review, account standing, active-job limits, performance, or other eligibility rules. Uploading a document does not necessarily mean the document has been verified or approved.

JMeC does not guarantee any provider a particular number of leads, offers, jobs, customers, earnings, revenue, or geographic coverage.

7Pricing, Estimates, Quotes, and Approvals

Prices shown through JMeC may include provider charges, JMeC platform or connection fees, dispatch fees, urgency or priority charges, processing costs, partner-assistance fees, taxes where applicable, or other disclosed amounts.

Estimates are not necessarily final quotes. Vehicle condition, diagnostic findings, parts availability, labor needs, travel, additional customer-approved work, or other circumstances may change the final amount. Where JMeC provides a quote-approval workflow, additional work should not be treated as customer-approved merely because an estimate was generated.

JMeC may use different pricing models for labor-hour, distance, package, flat-rate, hourly-assist, parts-catalog, dispatch-only, emergency, after-hours, or other services. Applicable amounts are those presented or approved for the specific transaction.

8Payments, Fees, Refunds, Chargebacks, and Direct Pay

JMeC may collect or facilitate customer payments, dispatch fees, connection fees, service payments, partner-assistance fees, platform fees, provider-related fees, subscriptions, referral/affiliate-related payments, and other disclosed transactions. JMeC may use Stripe or another approved payment processor.

Payment is not considered finally settled merely because an authorization or initial payment event occurs. Refunds, chargebacks, reversals, disputes, failed payments, or processor adjustments may change settlement status.

Refund eligibility may depend on the applicable service, transaction, job status, provider activity, non-refundable connection or dispatch components, and any separately posted refund policy or transaction disclosure.

Direct payment to a provider

If JMeC offers a choice to pay a provider directly, the customer must acknowledge the applicable direct-pay disclosure before using that option. Direct payment means JMeC may not possess the same payment record or payment protections that exist when funds are processed through JMeC. Users should retain proof of direct payment.

Paying a provider directly does not automatically cancel or waive a JMeC platform, connection, assistance, provider, or other fee that was separately disclosed or earned. Applicable balances may remain due to JMeC.

9Provider Payouts, Fee Balances, and Settlement

Provider payout eligibility may depend on job completion, required lifecycle events, documentation, payment settlement, dispute status, fraud review, account eligibility, and other platform conditions. JMeC may use payout ledgers or split records to track provider gross amounts, fees, processing allocations, provider net amounts, and payout status.

JMeC may delay, hold, adjust, reverse, or offset payouts where reasonably necessary because of refunds, chargebacks, reversals, incomplete work, disputes, fraud, duplicate payments, policy violations, unresolved fee balances, processor action, or legal obligations.

Providers are responsible for maintaining accurate payout and tax information and for their own tax obligations.

10Optional Memberships and Subscriptions

JMeC may offer optional customer or provider memberships, subscriptions, or paid plans. A membership is not created merely by using JMeC. A user must affirmatively select or enroll in an offered plan under the plan terms shown at enrollment.

A plan may include discounts, credits, reduced fees, priority features, provider tools, reporting, enhanced visibility, or other stated benefits. The specific price, billing interval, renewal terms, benefits, limits, cancellation terms, and eligibility rules presented for the plan govern that subscription.

Unless a plan expressly states otherwise, memberships do not guarantee a provider, response time, job availability, customer demand, provider ranking, service outcome, or earnings. Provider membership benefits will not override safety, compliance, service-match, location, eligibility, or other core dispatch rules.

If a plan renews automatically, JMeC will disclose the recurring nature of the charge through the applicable enrollment or checkout flow. Cancellation stops future renewals according to the applicable plan terms but does not automatically refund previously earned or settled charges.

11JMeC Refer & Earn Program

JMeC may offer a public Refer & Earn program for eligible referrals of new customers or new providers. Under the current public program, the reward is $20 for each qualifying referral, unless JMeC expressly publishes a different promotion.

Customer referrals

A customer referral qualifies only when the referred person is new to JMeC, is validly attributed to the referral, and completes and pays for the first qualifying JMeC job. A lead, form submission, registration, quote, schedule, or partial payment alone does not earn the reward.

Provider referrals

A provider referral qualifies only when the referred provider is new to JMeC, satisfies applicable onboarding and eligibility requirements, is validly attributed, and completes the first qualifying JMeC job. Application, registration, approval, or receipt of a job offer alone does not earn the reward.

Attribution, duplicates, and abuse

  • Existing or previously registered customers or providers do not qualify as new referrals.
  • One qualifying new party may create only one reward under the same referral program.
  • JMeC may use first-valid attribution and reliable platform records to resolve competing claims.
  • Duplicate submissions or retries do not create additional rewards.
  • Self-referrals, fabricated identities, collusion, manipulation, fraud, or abuse may be disqualified.

A referrer must have permission to provide another person's contact information. A referrer cannot provide SMS, marketing, or promotional consent for the referred person.

A reward becomes owed only after JMeC verifies qualification. JMeC may require identity, payout, tax, or other reasonable information before payment. Refunds, reversals, fraud, or later-discovered ineligibility may result in a hold, denial, reversal, or adjustment where appropriate.

Refer & Earn reminder: submission alone does not earn $20.

12Affiliate Partner Program

JMeC may operate an Affiliate Partner Program for approved individuals or businesses. The Affiliate Program is separate from the casual public Refer & Earn program and is also governed by the JMeC Affiliate Partner Agreement.

An application does not make an applicant an approved affiliate. JMeC approval may create an Affiliate ID and public affiliate code. Affiliate codes are attribution tools and are not authentication credentials.

Current affiliate economics

Unless the Affiliate Partner Agreement or a later published affiliate offer states otherwise, an approved affiliate may earn a $20 one-time acquisition commission when a qualifying new customer completes and pays for their first qualifying JMeC job, or when a qualifying new provider completes their first qualifying JMeC job.

The first qualifying job earns the $20 acquisition commission only and does not also earn the recurring percentage commission.

After a referred customer's first qualifying completed-and-paid job, the affiliate may earn 2% of eligible JMeC-recorded customer spend on subsequent qualifying completed-and-paid jobs for the next 90 days, subject to the Affiliate Partner Agreement and JMeC qualification records.

After a referred provider's first qualifying completed JMeC job, the affiliate may earn 2% of eligible JMeC-recognized provider earnings from subsequent qualifying activity for the next 90 days. Provider commission is based on eligible provider earnings, not total customer invoice value.

The affiliate click-attribution window and the customer/provider 90-day revenue-share periods are separate clocks. A click alone does not create commission ownership. JMeC may use first-valid attribution, new-user verification, anti-self-referral, duplicate, fraud, settlement, and qualification rules.

Refunds, chargebacks, reversals, cancelled or unpaid jobs, fraudulent transactions, taxes, tips, excluded pass-through amounts, and other non-qualifying amounts may be excluded from eligible commission bases as described in the Affiliate Partner Agreement.

Affiliate commissions may be held, reversed, or adjusted when the underlying qualifying event is refunded, reversed, fraudulent, duplicated, or later determined ineligible. Legitimately earned commissions are not erased merely because an affiliate is later suspended, subject to applicable fraud, reversal, legal, or offset rights.

13SMS, Email, Push, and Platform Communications

JMeC may use email, push notifications, in-app messages, portal messages, and other authorized communications for service requests, dispatch, assignments, scheduling, quotes, payments, payouts, security, support, referrals, affiliates, provider onboarding, and account administration.

Transactional SMS

Customers may choose to receive recurring transactional text messages from JMeC through a separate SMS opt-in process. SMS consent is not created merely by accepting these Terms, creating an account, submitting a referral, applying as an affiliate, or purchasing a service.

Transactional messages may include

Service request confirmations
Dispatch and assignment updates
Arrival and ETA notices
Quote and approval notices
Payment confirmations
Scheduling changes
Account/security notices
Support messages

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

See the JMeC Privacy Policy for additional information about communications and data handling.

14Location, Photos, Documents, and Uploaded Content

JMeC may use location, mapping, routing, ETA, arrival, and active-job tracking features when enabled and appropriate to the service workflow. Users authorize JMeC to process location information necessary for requested coverage, dispatch, routing, arrival, service, safety, and job-status functions, subject to the Privacy Policy and device permissions.

Users may upload photos, videos, repair evidence, receipts, VIN or barcode images, insurance or licensing documents, compliance materials, and other content. Users must have the right to submit the content and must not knowingly upload unlawful, fraudulent, malicious, infringing, or unrelated highly sensitive material.

JMeC may use uploaded content for the related service, provider review, payment, dispute, safety, compliance, fraud-prevention, support, or audit purpose.

15Platform Conduct and Prohibited Activity

Users may not misuse JMeC. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Fraud, false identities, fabricated jobs, false documents, or payment manipulation
  • Harassment, threats, discrimination, unsafe conduct, or unlawful activity
  • Misrepresentation of qualifications, services, pricing, job status, payment, or completion
  • Unauthorized access, scraping, automated abuse, interference with platform systems, or misuse of tokens/links
  • Misuse, resale, or unauthorized disclosure of customer, provider, affiliate, or platform information
  • Manipulating referral, affiliate, rating, payout, dispatch, or qualification systems
  • Attempts to evade properly disclosed JMeC fees or obligations through unauthorized bypass arrangements

Off-platform transactions

JMeC may restrict solicitation or arrangements intended primarily to evade JMeC fees, payment controls, safety measures, records, or other platform obligations. Where JMeC expressly offers a direct-pay workflow, use of that approved workflow is governed by its disclosure and is not treated as unauthorized bypass merely because payment occurs directly between customer and provider.

16Cancellations, No-Shows, Disputes, Reviews, and Investigations

JMeC may provide workflows for cancellation, rescheduling, no-show reporting, service issues, additional details, dispute evidence, reviews, and support. Applicable fees, refunds, provider compensation, or account effects may depend on timing, job status, provider activity, payment status, documentation, and the applicable transaction rules.

JMeC may investigate complaints, payment disputes, chargebacks, incomplete-work claims, property-damage allegations, fraud, safety issues, messaging abuse, or policy violations. During review, JMeC may temporarily restrict account access, data release, payments, payouts, commissions, job eligibility, or other affected features where reasonably necessary.

Users agree to provide truthful information and reasonable supporting documentation when JMeC investigates a transaction or platform issue.

17Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

JMeC does not guarantee provider availability, response time, diagnosis, repair result, parts availability, pricing outcome, customer demand, provider earnings, uninterrupted platform availability, or that every third-party service will operate without error.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JMeC and its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from platform use, independent-provider acts or omissions, unavailable service, delays, vehicle condition, third-party systems, or user conduct.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

No emergency-service guarantee

JMeC is not a police, fire, medical, or emergency-response service. For immediate danger, injury, fire, crime, collision emergency, or life-threatening roadside condition, call 911 or the appropriate emergency authority.

18Third-Party Services

JMeC may integrate with or link to third-party services such as payment processors, mapping providers, communication providers, background/compliance vendors, cloud services, accounting services, app stores, or other technology providers. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

JMeC is not responsible for a third party's independent systems, outages, policies, or conduct except to the extent required by applicable law or expressly agreed by JMeC.

19Suspension, Restriction, and Termination

JMeC may suspend, restrict, deactivate, or terminate access for fraud, nonpayment, chargeback abuse, unsafe conduct, false information, expired or missing provider requirements, harassment, misuse of customer information, repeated serious disputes, platform manipulation, unauthorized bypass, security risk, or violation of applicable agreements or law.

Suspension or termination does not automatically eliminate amounts already owed, legitimate payment obligations, settled commissions, tax/reporting obligations, chargeback exposure, dispute responsibilities, or provisions that by their nature should survive account closure.

20Applicable Law and Legal Rights

These Terms are intended to operate subject to applicable federal, state, and local law. Nothing in these Terms waives a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

If a provision is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. JMeC's failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not automatically waive future enforcement.

21Changes to Services, Programs, and These Terms

JMeC may update platform features, service areas, eligibility rules, payment methods, pricing models, programs, memberships, dispatch logic, communications, and these Terms. Material changes will be reflected through an updated effective date or version where appropriate.

Changes to referral, affiliate, membership, or other economic programs generally apply prospectively unless a separate agreement, applicable law, fraud correction, refund, reversal, or other legitimate adjustment requires otherwise. JMeC will not represent a later Terms version as though a user accepted it on an earlier date.

Where a workflow records acceptance of a specific Terms, agreement, disclosure, or privacy version, JMeC may retain that version identifier and acceptance timestamp as part of its audit record.
