Partner Questions

Do I bring my own supplies?

Yes. Detailers are responsible for their own chemicals, equipment, water supply (for mobile work), and products. This is stated clearly in your profile so customers know what is included.

Can I detail fleet vehicles?

Yes. Detailer Pro and Premium tiers include fleet account routing. Commercial and fleet detailing opportunities are available to providers with appropriate capacity and coverage.

What if a customer claims vehicle damage?

Detailers are required to carry liability insurance for vehicle damage before being activated for dispatch. Damage claims are handled between the detailer and customer as independent parties. JMeC Connect is a coordination platform, not an insurer.

Do I need a business license?

Business license requirements vary by city and state. Detailers are responsible for complying with all local licensing requirements. JMeC Connect may request documentation during the review process.

Can I offer ceramic coating and paint correction?

Yes. Advanced services like ceramic coating and paint correction can be listed as part of your detailer profile. Specialty services help match you with customers requesting those specific services.

Is job volume guaranteed?

No. JMeC Connect does not guarantee any minimum job volume or income. Job availability depends on customer demand in your area and your current detailer eligibility status.

Independent Provider Notice: Auto detailers who partner with JMeC Connect operate as independent service providers. JMeC Connect is a connection and coordination platform, not an employer. Detailers are responsible for their own liability insurance, product safety, vehicle damage liability, business licensing, taxes, work quality, and all applicable laws. Detailers who cause vehicle damage are personally responsible — JMeC Connect does not cover damage claims.
